Helping Women Build Strength And confidence one session at a time

I offer 4-6 week small group fitness challenges that include weightlifting, proper form instruction, and nutrition advice, with classes held Monday-Friday based on your chosen time. I train all levels, from beginners to advanced clients with years of experience , and tailor the program after evaluating each participant during the first few days.

Coach K

The classes I hold are all small group classes. I teach you how to lift weights, show you proper form and give you nutrition advice to help you along your training. classes are Monday Friday depending on what time you purchase. All fitness levels welcome!

*Modifications of workout can be made in class depending on client.

*You are welcome to bring your kiddo with you but please keep in mind there in not a designated children's area so everyone is responsible for their own child.
