With our training program, you will benefit from one month of sessions scheduled two-three times a week. Once you complete your purchase, please reach out to us to arrange your training sessions. You have the flexibility to book your sessions any day of the week, except Sundays. However, it’s important to note that any sessions that are not utilized within the week cannot be carried over to the following week. Therefore, to maximize your experience and ensure you get the most out of your training, be sure to plan and schedule your sessions in advance.
